This course will equip delegates with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively deliver the subject of epilepsy to other staff in-house. The programme will provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of epilepsy, knowing the signs, symptoms and types of seizures. They will also gain an extensive skill set which will enable them to deliver what they have learned to other staff in-house.

  • Teaching methods and learning styles.
  • How individuals learn and keep information.
  • Feeding back productively.
  • Evaluating.
  • Icebreakers.
  • Presenting information.
  • ‘Do’s and don’ts’.

Course Assessment

The course is delivered in 1 day and candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn along with interaction in group activities.
